Introdution
The special location of the vineyard between two mountain ranges and the ocean, along with siliceous soils provide a good microclimate, making it very fertile area has become the center of the New Zealand wine industry. In particular, the Sauvignon Blanc is very suitable with the enviroment.
Tasting notes
Fresh yellow / green color. In the nose with crisp fresh impressions of passion fruit, citrus, pink grapefruit, gooseberry and boxwood. In the mouth tight dry, fresh and fruity with tropical fruits as lychees, grapefruit, passion fruit, sinaaszeste with flint and minerals aromas in the final. Exciting, pure Sauvignon that continues to fascinate.
