Descriptions
The grapes are selected and de-stemmed again after hand-picking. After the temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is aged for up to 18 months in oak barrels.
Tasting notes
This Saint Emilion is a delicate blend of Merlot and Cabernet. L’Excellence Clos de Menuts is a finely balanced, fruity wine with fine structure and light tannins. On the nose, a very nice harmonious aroma of ripe berries with an elegant wood tone and nuances of red fruits and cherries. Excellent with meats, game and cheese. Serve at 18°C.
