Introduction
Tisdall “Henry’s Crossing” range is a tribute to Henry Hopwood, founder of Echuca in 1854 and his establishment of a punt (ferry) across the great Murray River at the point of where the town of Echuca now lies. Grapes have been sourced from Tisdall’s Rosbercon Vineyard, a single vineyard site that has some of the oldest plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon in the region.
Tasting notes
Soft and full ripe peach and apricot aromas give this wine instant appeal in any situation. Rich flavours of peach, rockmelon and citrus follow and are balanced with lingering acidity to complement any meal.
